Soccer Analyst Chris Sutton Takes On Artist Murs in Top Flight Predictions
The Gunners' 10-game victorious streak was ended by Sunderland before the international break, but will the English top division leaders bounce back against local foes Tottenham this weekend?
"{I believe like Arsenal are miles ahead of Tottenham at the moment but Spurs boss Thomas Frank will have a strategy for this match," stated football specialist Chris Sutton.
"Frank will attempt to nullify Arsenal, who have not always been at their sparkling finest this season - but Mikel Arteta's team usually still find a way to win."
Sutton is making predictions for all 380 Premier League games this term, versus AI, fans and a range of special visitors.
In the twelfth round, he takes on performer Olly Murs, who is a United supporter.
The singer's latest album, Knees Up, is out on Friday.
Football and Family Life
Olly is a talented footballer as well as a successful singer and has been a featured player of several Soccer Aid games down the years - but he is not planning a serious comeback as a player.
"{I recently played in a charity game the other evening for a mate of mine," he said. "My team was losing 3-1 when I came off in the second half, and they proceeded to win 4-3, so you can read into that what you want!
"I continue to love football, but I injured my joint a few years ago and it still isn't where I want it to be. I hope I could play more but the unpredictability of the game means it's too risky for me in my profession to do it properly again.
"Plus I am 41 now, and we are not all Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very happy not playing football and I am gearing up for the moment that my child or son decides to play instead."
Murs and his spouse Amelia Tank have a young family, their daughter and their son, and he is prepared to follow in his father's footsteps by becoming their coach.
"I won't push football on our kids but I've already told my wife that if they do get the passion for it then I will have to go and get my manager qualifications - and I will probably be coaching their Saturday football team," he said.
"I observed my nephews play a lot, and I really got into it, and I obviously owned a soccer team for a while too.
"My father did it with us when I was a child, which is probably where I get it from. He coached our team for several seasons and had a wonderful time with it. That could be the future for me as well, and I am excited to it!"
Top Division Predictions
Saturday, 22 November
- Turf Moor, 12:30 GMT
Chelsea might have to wait a bit longer for their star's return from injury but their offense is already more potent with Pedro and Liam Delap both back fit.
I still think this fixture will be fairly close, though. Burnley are well organised and their only at Turf Moor losses so far have been against Liverpool and the Gunners.
It suggests a one-all tie to me, but I am actually going to choose the London side to edge it for what would be their third league win in a row.
Sutton's prediction: 1-2
Olly's prediction: The Blues will be superior. 1-3
Artificial intelligence's prediction: 0-2
- Vitality Stadium, 15:00 GMT
Bournemouth have lost their previous couple games - albeit both of them were away - but they got absolutely spanked by Villa last time out which shocked me.
In contrast, West Ham secured back-to-back victories before the hiatus and, although both of those games were at home, they appear strong again.
The Hammers' sole on the road win this campaign came at Forest in the summer, when their boss Nuno was still that team's manager.
So, what exactly do I go with here - can West Ham continuing their streak under their manager, or Bournemouth bouncing back?
I am going to go with Bournemouth, because I believe what happened against Villa was a blip.
The pundit's forecast: 2-0
The guest's outlook: The home team are performing strongly but West Ham have picked up under their boss. 2-2
The algorithm's prediction: 1-1

Brentford were seen as one of the favourites for the drop before the season started, but they have surprised a few observers under their manager and are in fine fettle with three in their last four games.
A family member told me to select Bees forward Igor Thiago in my fantasy soccer squad a few weeks back and, unfortunately, I ignored the advice.
The forward will probably score again on the weekend but I am still not going to pick him or support the away side at Brighton's ground.
They have not had much success on the road this season, and Brighton are always strong at home. The visitors will attempt to attack on the break but I feel Fabian Hurzeler's team pose much more of a danger.
Sutton's forecast: 2-1
Olly's prediction: It could be a match where you expect there is going to be a lot of scores but it actually turns out to be quite close. 1-1
The computer's prediction: 2-1
- Craven Cottage, 15:00 GMT
This is a huge game for Fulham, who have suffered defeat in five of their last six games.
Fulham have have plenty of talent in their team but it still seems like they could be sucked into a relegation fight.
As for Sunderland, well they are the unexpected success of the Premier League season so far.
The away side's performance in the two-all tie with Arsenal last time out was excellent. We've not seen any other team rough up the Gunners like that this season, and Sunderland were more than a match for them.
The logical choice to do to support the visitors here, because they are clearly capable of disrupting Fulham up too and, the last time they were in this part of London, they beat the Blues at the end of October.
However I am not going to do that. Instead, I really need to carry on opposing the away team with my forecasts. I am taking a lot of responsibility for their good results because they clearly love to defy my predictions.
Considering the home side's at Craven Cottage form, the only side they have lost to is the league leaders. Their manager's side will be absolutely desperate for a good outcome, so I am going to say they will pick up three much-needed points.
Sutton's forecast: 1-0
Olly's prediction: I'm aware the visitors are doing well and additionally that Fulham are on a poor streak... but Fulham have nonetheless been decent at Craven Cottage this campaign. 2-0
AI's prediction: 2-0
- Anfield, 15:00 GMT
This is a tough one to predict. Liverpool have suffered seven of their last ten matches in every tournament, but might they be among the teams who profit from the {international break|
